O’Neals Building Group wasn’t built from behind a desk. My experience in construction started when I was just 13 years old, working alongside my dad and laying shingles on roofs. That’s where I first learned what a hard day’s work looked like—and, more importantly, what it meant to take pride in something you built with your own hands.

From those early days, I continued learning the trades the way I believe they’re learned best: hands-on. I spent years working in the field, learning how buildings come together from the ground up, solving problems, developing my skills, and gaining experience across multiple trades.

Over the years, that experience grew far beyond general construction. I became professionally licensed in HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, and general contracting, giving me a broad understanding of the different systems that make a home or commercial building work.

Today, that experience is the foundation of O’Neals Building Group.

ONE TEAM. MULTIPLE TRADES.

One of the biggest frustrations customers face during a construction or renovation project is having to coordinate multiple contractors. The general contractor handles one portion, an electrician handles another, the HVAC contractor handles something else—and suddenly the customer is stuck trying to keep everyone on the same page.

I wanted O’Neals Building Group to be different.

Our ability to work across multiple trades allows us to look at the entire project, not just one piece of it. Whether we're completing a renovation, building a deck, upgrading an electrical system, replacing HVAC equipment, or handling a larger commercial project, our goal is to make the process as straightforward as possible for the customer.

That means one experienced team, clear communication, quality workmanship, and accountability from beginning to end.

After more than two decades of hands-on experience, I still believe in many of the same principles I learned working beside my dad when I was young: show up, work hard, do the job correctly, and take pride in what you leave behind.

Every project has our name attached to it. Whether it's a small repair or a major renovation, I want the finished product to be something both our customer and our team are proud of.
